This was during the Northwestern Michigan Fair and it was the first time I'd ever witnessed lawn mower racing in person. It was a blast and it lived up to every expectation I ever had about it.

cool! nice pan ... i can never get that to work for me. what's your trick???
Thanks Bryan! no trick, just luck. It was shot at 1/20 of a second and I could've gone faster, while still retaining the blur, but it was one of those 'shoot it and move on to the next assignment' assignments. This is about the only one that turned out ok.
