It's pronounced poonch-key

It was paczki day today and they were being made by the tray loads for tomorrows Fat Tuesday. This guy was awesome at making them. Apparently the key is to hand roll the dough and to make sure they're dry and cool before putting them in the fryer. This was a small bakery kitchen and it was hard to stand anywhere that I wasn't in the way. There were some fine aromas coming from this place and as always its best to shoot these assignments on a full stomach or else you'll walk out with a dozen of these artery bombs.
