This is another roadside find which can be spotted along U.S. 31 between Honor and Beulah. This is part of a group of metal creations which include some bugs, this America-themed set as well as some Disney characters like Goofy and Pluto.

ArtPrize Horses

Today I returned from a trip to Grand Rapids to see ArtPrize for the first time. It was such a sight to see an amazingly varied and vast collection of art by such talented artists. This piece by artist Richard Morse was one of many spectacular pieces on display.

J. Seward Johnson, Jr.

This piece by J. Seward Johnson, Jr. is titled "My Dog Has Fleas" and it's one of, I believe, 11 sculptures total by Johnson that are being displayed in Cadillac until the end of August. They're fun to look at so if you get a chance to see them you should.
